Terms and Conditions

Last Updated: April 1, 2025, These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Willow Bottom Tree Service ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), including our website, mobile applications, text messaging services, and tree services.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using our services, including opting into our text messaging program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. SERVICES

Willow Bottom Tree Service provides professional arborist services including but not limited to tree removal, pruning, stump removal, emergency services, land clearing, grading & sloping, and consultation. The specific services to be provided will be detailed in a written estimate or contract.

3. TEXT MESSAGE COMMUNICATIONS

By providing your mobile phone number and opting into our text messaging program, you:

Consent to receive text messages from us regarding appointments, service updates, promotions, and account information. Understand that message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services. Acknowledge that standard message and data rates may apply as set by your wireless carrier. You can opt-out at any time by replying STOP to any of our messages or contacting us directly

We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all applicable regulations regarding A2P (Application-to-Person) messaging.

4. PRICING AND PAYMENT

All pricing will be provided in writing before services are performed. Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. We accept Square, QuickBooks, Cash, or Check. A deposit of 50% will be required for most services

5. CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to scheduled service. Late cancellations may incur a fee of up to 25% of the service cost. Emergency cancellations due to weather or unforeseen circumstances will not incur fees

6. LIABILITY

We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage for our operations. We are not responsible for damage that is unavoidable in the normal course of work. Pre-existing property conditions should be noted prior to service commencement. Any claims for damages must be reported within 48 hours of service completion

7. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Providing accurate property information. Securing necessary permits when required. Willow Bottom Tree Service calls to have water, power, and communications marked. Willow Bottom Tree Service obtains permits for work being completed. Ensuring reasonable access to work areas

8. WARRANTY

We provide a 30 day warranty on all planted trees and shrubs, subject to proper care and maintenance as advised by our staff.

9. AMENDMENTS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
